Morrison, once a top CIA operative, lives quietly on a small farm under a false name, coping with post-traumatic stress disorder and raising his daughter Vivian. His peace shatters when the Rosetti crime family decides they want his land. To break his resistance, the family's young heir Theodore abducts and kills seventeen-year-old Vivian. Stripped of his only emotional anchor, Morrison abandons his medication and uncovers a decade-old cache of weapons. He sets out alone for the Rosetti manor, determined to make them pay. Aware of his lethal past, police, city officials and the CIA order an evacuation and step back, letting his bloody reckoning unfold.
