Evelyn’s place beside Kane White Lion collapses when he accuses her of betraying him and rejects her before the White Lion clan. As its powerful leader, Kane tries to end the matter with a hundred-million-dollar payment, expecting her to leave. He does not know Evelyn is carrying four rare silver-maned cubs, making his attempt to buy her silence more than a personal insult. Rather than accept money or humiliation, Evelyn seeks refuge in an Omega sanctuary and prepares to protect her unborn children without Kane. Her escape places the hidden pregnancy at the center of a widening struggle involving the clan, its enemies, and Kane’s remorse. When the truth emerges, Evelyn must weigh her independence against the possibility that a damaged bond can be restored, while Kane faces the consequences of his judgment.
