Serena Vale expects her anniversary to reaffirm her bond with Adrian Cross. Instead, she finds Nora, a rescued Omega, wearing the symbol tied to Serena’s position and covered by Adrian’s coat. Adrian protects Nora from punishment by suspending Serena’s authority, leaving Serena publicly stripped of her roles as wife, Luna, and future queen. The discovery turns a personal betrayal into a pack-wide humiliation. Rather than plead for Adrian’s approval, Serena brings the dispute before the Moon Court. There, she reveals that she is carrying Adrian’s heir—and declares that the child will not be his to claim. With trust shattered and their bond caught between hostility and desire, Adrian faces the consequences of giving Serena’s place to another woman, while Serena turns her unborn child into leverage for revenge.
