Wesley Creed is the inventor behind the War Hound Robots, but his work and military service have not protected him from suspicion. After leaving the battlefield to safeguard research belonging to his fallen squadmates, he is arrested and accused of treason. His immediate challenge is to establish why he departed and show that his actions were not a betrayal. Three years later, Wesley is ready to reclaim the identity connected to his status as the King of War Tech. As questions about his past remain unresolved, he faces the consequences of being misunderstood while protecting the research he refused to abandon. The story follows his struggle for vindication, the pressure surrounding his concealed identity, and the conflict between the man others dismiss and the figure he is prepared to reveal.
