After losing her family in a crime tied to Jane’s ambition, Mary disappears from her former life. Years later, she enters the noble castle under the name Evelyn, taking work as a maid. Jane now lives there, unaware that the servant has a personal reason for returning. With her identity concealed, Evelyn begins pursuing the reckoning she has planned. Her revenge targets Jane’s reputation, but Jane’s son Sebastian soon complicates the mission. As Evelyn grows closer to him, attraction collides with resentment, and every encounter risks exposing why she came to the castle. She must navigate noble expectations, hidden motives, and the consequences of schemes meant to damage Jane’s standing. The drama follows a strong-willed woman using careful deception to pursue justice while her feelings for Sebastian challenge the purpose behind her return.
