Nina's night out turns upside down when she finds Justin cheating and storms off, only to collide with Enzo, a hockey captain whose name she doesn't recognize. He knows hers, and strange talk of werewolves follows. Their encounter leads to an agreement: one night, no strings. But Enzo's reputation as a player hides a lethal rule: a second time with anyone could kill them. As feelings grow, Nina must face his obsessive ex, her own emerging hybrid nature, and her sister Selena, who wants Nina's place in the human world. Enzo also fights for his pack's standing in a hockey tournament against Ronan, while his father pushes a marriage to Selena. With kidnapping and shifting loyalties, the two navigate a romance that could cost everything.
