Serena marries mafia boss Dante Santoro in an arrangement driven by interests rather than affection. Their uncertain relationship changes when Serena discovers she is carrying quadruplets. Before she can understand what their marriage and future might become, a message presents an abrupt choice: accept one hundred million, sign divorce papers, and leave Dante behind. Serena does not plead or collapse. She signs and disappears overnight, leaving Dante to confront a marriage he may have understood too late. The money, paperwork, and sudden separation create a tangle of unanswered questions, while Serena must decide whether distance is safer than trusting the man she married. With pregnancy, confusion, and emotions that may outlast an arrangement, the drama follows a couple facing consequences neither expected.
