Brie, the daughter of the Langford family's head maid, has grown up in the household alongside Teddy, its young master. Now they are set to attend the same school, but Brie keeps her long-standing feelings hidden. Her quiet crush began when they first met as children, and the difference between their positions makes her doubt that she could belong beside him. As they come of age, Teddy begins pursuing Brie with determination, while she repeatedly tries to create distance. Their connection becomes a tense push and pull shaped by unspoken emotions and the imbalance between their worlds. Teddy must persuade Brie to stop retreating and face what she feels, as both struggle with whether their bond can become a relationship.
