Kairos Thorne, divine god and last living heir of Kronos, has bound himself to remain beside his beloved Valkyrie wife, Cassia. Though she humiliates him, he continues worshipping at the temple, presenting himself as powerless while enduring her treatment. His devotion is tested when Cassia returns after three years in the abyss, pregnant with another man's child. Her return turns their strained marriage into a confrontation over loyalty, dignity, and the relic she demands. Kairos must decide how long to conceal the power he surrendered for her protection, especially as Cassia openly favors the man who fathered her child. Beneath his apparent weakness lies a dangerous secret: the divine identity he has hidden may soon alter the balance between them.
